Col. Sharon Stehlik, center, served as the Headquarters Individual Reservist Readiness and Integration Organization Detachment 2 commander for four years, from October 2012 to October 31, 2016. She transitioned command to the incoming commander during the month of October. Her last day was Oct. 31.

As kids, Staff Sgt. Olorunyomi Martins (right) and his older brother participated in the Boy Scouts. It was a way to wear a military-like uniform and feel big and strong like the Americans in the war movies they would watch.
Staff Sgt. Olorunyomi Martins, an Individual Mobilization Augmentee paralegal at the 436th Airlift Wing legal office, is presented the Staff Judge Advocate of the Month Award by Lt. Col. Thomas P. Condie, the 436th Airlift Wing SJA.

Tech. Sgt. Mark Parker, an Individual Mobilization Augmentee with the 673rd Security Forces Squadron, Joint Base Elmendorf-Richardson, Alaska, is also a police officer with the Prescott, Arizona, police department. Parker credits the flexibility of the Individual Reserve program with enabling him to continue to serve in the Air Force.
