Per a memo from the Air Force Accounting and Finance Office, the Joint Travel Regulation (paras. 4130-L; 4130-A4, A5; 2830-G; 4155-A; 4250-B) restricts DoD travelers in the use of online booking tools designed to rent private residences for short-term lodging. This includes AirBnB.

Colonel Stickell leaves HQ RIO to serve as chief of the Joint Force Support Division, U.S. Pacific Command. Colonel Smiley currently serves as the director of ARPC’s personnel and total force services center, which provides personnel support to over 1 million Air Force Reserve, Air National Guard and Retied Airmen.
