Provides personnel support to all Guardsmen and Reservists assigned worldwide throughout the life cycle of their careers. Serves as program manager for the Individual Ready Reserve and Stand-by Reserve. Assists Airmen, major commands and Air Staff in verifying eligibility for entitlements. Provides advisory assistance to individual mobilization augmentees, IMA program managers and their supervisors in the identification and selection of assignment opportunities.
