NOTE: Applications and Written Agreements for these programs are normally submitted through AFR Health Professions Recruiters

INSTRUCTIONS FOR RECRUITERS:
Note that DPAAH screens for the following:
-- Applicant approved by AFRC/RS on current incentive list
-- AFSC on Critical Skills List
-- Applicant filling valid vacant position in a unit undermanned in the AFSC (we check RMVS)
-- Program participation cannot extend past member's retirement eligibility date.
-- Prior-service Airmen must not have not been affiliated with a Selected Reserve unit for at least two years.
Filling out the Application and Agreement
-- For Application and SPI and Stipend contracts, make sure correct AFSC and name of AFSC is filled in proper blank (ie 48R, flight surgeon)
-- Pay attention to all blanks to be filled in
-- Make sure document is signed and dated
