1.0 About this Document
The Family Servicemembers Group Life Insurance (FSGLI) Web Application allows authorized
staff at Personnel offices and the Office of Servicemembers' Group Life Insurance (OSGLI) to
decline, decrease, increase, terminate, or restore a spouse's FSGLI coverage upon a sponsor's
request. This document describes changes in the current release.
2.0 New and Changed Features
2.1 URL Change
The URL used to access the Family SGLI Web Application has changed. Users accessing
the original URL will be redirected to the following new URL:
https://www.dmdc.osd.mil/familysgli/index.jsp
2.2 Known Issues
None.
