Cell phones vulnerable to spyware, tracking software

Background:
- Spy software is available for cell phones that permits: tapping calls, reading text messages, tracking movements/location "anywhere, anytime."
- Conversations can be picked up even though phone is not in use (conversation is picked up through speaker on phone).
- Spyware is illegal in U.S., but not other countries.
- High-end cell phones that include internet access and online capability are particularly vulnerable to spyware tapping.
- Don't leave cell phone unattended.
- Install password on cell phone.
- Turn off cell phone and remove the battery when in secure areas.
