Colonel Kelli Smiley becomes HQ ARPC's 36th commander

Col. Kelli B. Smiley, Headquarters Air Reserve Personnel Center commander, receives the guidon from Lt. Gen. Richard Scobee, Chief of the Air Force Reserve and Commander Air Force Reserve Command, during an assumption of command ceremony June 11, 2019, on Buckley Air Force Base, Colo. As the HQ ARPC commander, Smiley is responsible for personnel support to nearly 1.3 million Air National Guard, Air Force Reserve and retired members.
