Chief Master Sergeant J. Seth Perron is the Group Superintendent, Headquarters, Individual Reservist Readiness and Integration Organization, Headquarters Air Reserve Personnel Center, Buckley Air Force Base, Colorado. He advises the commander on matters influencing health, morale, welfare and effective utilization of more than 7,600 individual reservists and 170 full-time Airmen supporting ten major and nine combatant commands around the globe. Chief Perron serves as the commander's representative to numerous committees, councils, boards and military functions. Additionally, Chief Perron is the sole representative to the AFRC Command Chief on all individual reservist enlisted matters.
Chief Perron hails from Binghamton, New York, and entered the Air Force in September 1991. He has extensive operational experience within logistics, maintenance and plans and programs. His assignments include bases in Michigan, Georgia and Colorado. Chief Perron also served overseas in South Korea, Israel, United Kingdom, and deployed in support of Operation Southern Watch and Iraqi Freedom.
In his civilian capacity, Chief Perron manages Enterprise Lifecycle Maintenance Planning returns for Marine Corps Logistics Command based in Albany, Georgia.

Master Sergeant Jerrod W. Kester is the First Sergeant for Headquarters Individual Reservist Readiness and Integration Organization, Air Reserve Personnel Center, Buckley Air Force Base, Colorado. An expeditionary leader, he serves as the vital link between the commander, enlisted personnel, and support agencies across 18 detachments and 36 bases. Master Sergeant Kester ensures the enlisted force understands the commander's policies, goals, and objectives. He coordinates with support services at all 36 bases to secure responsive service for unit personnel and their families. Additionally, he responds to the needs of unit members 24 hours a day, seven days a week, in every time zone. Master Sergeant Kester serves as the commander's advisor on personnel programs, career progression, family needs, financial matters and professional military education and recognition programs.
Master Sergeant Kester is a 2014 graduate of Ashford College. He began his military career in the Marine Corps in 1990, performing security forces duties. He separated from the Marine Corps in 1994 and joined the Army National Guard in 1995, serving as a combat engineer with 152 HQ Battalion, Buffalo, New York, until late 1996. He transferred to the Air Force Reserve in 1999, where he served with the 914th Security Forces Squadron, Niagara Falls ARB, New York.
In July 2008, Master Sergeant Kester became the first sergeant for the 914th Security Forces Squadron. In April 2012, he was selected to fill an active duty position for the Air Force Deployment Transition Center at Ramstien Air Base, Ramstein, Germany. In October 2012, he became the first sergeant for the Headquarters Readiness Management Group, Robins Air Force Base, Georgia. Master Sergeant Kester has also served overseas in Japan and England and has deployed in support of Operations Southern Watch, Noble Eagle, Enduring Freedom and Iraqi Freedom. As a civilian, he is a police officer for the city of Charlotte, North Carolina.
