Chief Master Sgt. Dolores M. Colella

Chief Master Sergeant Dolores M. Colella is the Group Superintendent, Headquarters, Individual Reservist Readiness and Integration Organization, Air Reserve Personnel Center, Buckley Air Force Base, Colorado. She advises the commander on matters influencing health, morale, welfare, and effective utilization of more than 7,600 officer and enlisted individual reservists and 170 full-time Airmen who support ten major and nine combatant commands around the globe. Chief Colella serves as the commander’s representative to numerous committees, councils, boards and military functions. Chief Colella advises the strategic objectives of Headquarters Air Force Reserve Command, Air Reserve Personnel Center, and the Readiness and Integration Organization continuously how organizational knowledge fosters the organization’s mission.

Chief Colella enlisted in the Unites States Air Force Reserve in 1988. Her background includes various duties in the Air Reserve Personnel Center and Readiness Management Group. Chief Colella served most of her career as a Base Individual Mobilization Augmentee Administrator (BIMAA) supporting more than 2, 500 Individual Reservists. Chief Colella served as a Traditional Reservist, Air Reserve Technician and Active Guard Reserve.

      




Master Sgt. Wendy T. Barraza

Master Sgt. Wendy T. Barraza is the First Sergeant for Headquarters, Individual Reservist Readiness and Integration Organization, Headquarters, Air Reserve Personnel Center, Buckley AFB, Colo. 

The first sergeant serves as the commander's representative on councils, boards and selected military events, serving as the liaison and spokesperson between the enlisted force of the unit and the commander. She communicates and advises the Commander and staff on matters of health, morale, welfare, training, professional development and utilization of enlisted personnel. MSgt Barraza previously spent her career in the Air Force Reserve in Public Affairs and Airman & Family Readiness. Prior to that, MSgt Barraza spent six years on active duty in the Navy as an electrician, serving onboard the USS Bridge AOE-10, where she deployed in support of Operation SOUTHERN WATCH.
