Deputy Director, Plans and Integration visits ARPC

William E. Marion II, Deputy Director, Plans and Integration, the Pentagon, Washington, D.C., visited the Air Reserve Personnel Center here June 4, 2015, where he was greeted by Brig. Gen. Samuel "Bo" Mahaney, ARPC commander, and Col. Sean McElhaney Pahia, ARPC vice commander.

He received an ARPC mission brief and a tour of the headquarters building where he heard briefings from directorates including the Reserve of the Air Force Selection Board Secretariat, Future Operation and Integrations and Headquarters Individual Reservist Readiness and Integration Organization.

Marion provides integrated technology and business process solutions for both wartime and garrison human resources requirements. He advises, coordinates and directs actions to achieve optimal HR business capabilities in the total force - military, civilian, Reserve component - manpower, personnel and services communities, Air Force-wide and provides expert guidance and assistance to create comprehensive and integrated HR capabilities that enables the manning of Air Force units, as well as the personnel readiness and wellbeing of Airmen through technology systems, programs, policies, business processes and procedures.
