Tech. Sgt. Chrisanna Walton, the non-commissioned officer in charge of Headquarter Individual Reservist Readiness and Integration Organization's Force Management team, was named the Air Force Reserve Command Force Support NCO of the Year for 2016.

Following the award presentation, Stickell relinquished command of the organization she had managed for two years to Moore, the presiding officer, who then passed the command onto HQ RIO's new commander, Col.
