CY19B ARC Captain’s Process Update
Due to COVID-19 and recent unforeseen events, the CY19B ARC Captain’s Process has experienced delays and we are unable to provide an exact public release date at this time. The package is still pending approval and as a result this will unfortunately delay some officer’s promotions. The new date of rank and promotion effective date for those who met the CY19B ARC Captain’s Process will be the public release date, the date the officer completes the required 2 years time in grade or attainment of a bachelor’s degree, whichever is later.
