U.S. Navy Sailors assigned to Expeditionary Resuscitative Surgical System team 9 and Suðurnes Health Institution Triage Team medical personnel treat a simulated casualty during an artificial mass casualty scenario as part of exercise Northern Viking 26 at Keflavík Air Base, Iceland, Aug. 30, 2026.
