ARPC vigil remembers prisoners of war, missing in action

Arthur Meyers speaks during the closing ceremony of the POW/MIA vigil at the Air Reserve Personnel Center on Sept. 17. Mr. Meyers was a navigator aboard a B-24 during World War II.
