Guard retirements go online

  • Published
Commanders, Directors - Members of the Air National Guard around the world are now able to apply for retirement by logging on to the vPC-GR, bringing us one step closer to our ultimate goal of improving and streamlining how we deliver personnel services across the Air Reserve Component. This is the second Guard-specific application to go online this month!

Previously, Air National Guard Airmen had to visit their local Military Personnel Flight, complete the required retirement application package, submit it to their supervisor or commander, and send it to ARPC. Now, no matter the time of day, they can log on to the vPC-GR. To access it, they will need to establish an account by answering a few questions to receive a user name and password. Please note, effective April 15, 2007, members must submit their retirement applications online. Paper retirement applications initiated after this effective date will no longer be accepted by ARPC.
