COLONEL JENA L. SILVA

Col. Jena L. Silva is the Director of Personnel and Total Forces Services, Headquarters Air Reserve Personnel Center, Buckley AFB, Colorado. She is responsible for personnel and transactional support to AFR members and leaders in the areas of assignments, force development, developmental education, joint officer management, officer and enlisted special pays and incentives, medical incentives, management of participating/non-participating individual ready reserve members and Classification and training for IMA's.

Col. Silva entered the Air Force in 1996 as a graduate of California State University, San Bernardino’s Air Force Reserve Officer Training Corps program. She has held various duties during her career, including command, personnel, executive officer, joint and air staff.

Prior to her current assignment, Col. Silva served as the Deputy Chief, Force Support Organization and Readiness Division, Deputy Chief of Staff, Manpower, Personnel, and Services, Headquarter Air Force, Pentagon, Washington D.C.
