Craig M. Ritza is the Director of Staff, Headquarters Air Reserve Personnel Center, Buckley Air Force Base, Colorado. The Air Force Personnel Center is one of two AF centralized personnel centers ready to support the Total Force Human Capital Management needs of more than 1.3 million active and retired personnel. Air Force Reserve Command’s 35 wings and 10 independent groups operate at nine reserve bases, 54 active duty, joint reserve, Air National Guard bases and five miscellaneous locations throughout the Air Force. The command provides support to each of the Air Force major commands and the combatant commanders across the globe.
Mr. Ritza’s career experience spans across military service, contracting, and federal civilian service. It includes leadership performance with the Air Force in weapon systems acquisition, information technology, and force development and the Army as Chief of Automation.
