Colonel SANDRA I. “SANDY” VANDIVIERE

Col Sandra I. Vandiviere serves as the Individual Mobilization Augmentee to the Commander, Headquarters Air Reserve Personnel Center, Buckley Space Force Base, Colorado, where she is responsible for providing personnel support to nearly 1.3 million Air National Guard, Air Force Reserve and Regular Air Force members, ensuring they are ready to deliver strategic Total Force warfighting capability for the Air Force. From initial entry to retirement, the center provides world-class support for “Generations of Airmen” throughout their military careers.

Col Vandiviere was commissioned through the Reserve Officer Training Corp program at the University of Michigan. She began her active duty career in 1993 as a Wing Weather Officer at Shaw AFB, South Carolina. In 1997, she transferred to the Air Force Reserve and since has served in numerous assignments in the Personnel, Weather, Executive Officer and Plans and Programs career fields. Col Vandiviere is a graduated Squadron and Group Commander, completed a joint assignment and has held multiple staff assignments. Prior to her current position, Col Vandiviere was Chief of the Resiliency and Development Division at Air Force Reserve Command,
Robins Air Force Base, Georgia. She led a 25 member
division that is responsible for the Professional Development Center and all Air Force Reserve resiliency programs command wide, affecting over 70,000 Reserve Citizen Airmen around the globe.
