Colonel Timothy Lundberg

Colonel Timothy Lundberg serves as the Director, Selection Board Secretariat, Air Reserve Personnel Center, Buckley Space Force Base, Colorado. The Selection Board Secretariat is responsible for the planning, policy, implementation, execution, and debriefing of over 175 promotion boards annually. These boards impact all Reserve and Guard officers assigned to the United States Air Force. Previously he served as Director, Commander’s Action Group, at ARPC where he advised on actions to the ARPC Commander in support of center-wide projects, and guided the Executive staff in projects as assigned by the Commander.

Col. Lundberg received his commission from the Air Force Officer Training School in November 2002. He has served on Unit, Wing, Numbered Air Force, Air Force Major Command, Joint Task Force, Multinational and Combatant Commands, and within the Office of the Secretary of Defense as the director of public affairs, the chief of public affairs, media relations chief, community relations chief and as a planning officer. He is a fully joint qualified officer and he also served as an information operations and S-3 operations officer on a joint Air Force and Army provincial reconstruction team in Afghanistan.
