Colonel ANITA M. EDMONDS

Colonel Anita M. Edmonds is Director for Human Performance and Development at the Headquarters Air Reserve Personnel Center, Buckley Space Force Base, Colorado. She leads a team responsible for providing enterprise-wide support to the center. Her directorate is the focal point for executing the center’s strategic and operational plans, research analysis, data management, and business process validation. Her directorate also leads the center’s modernization and innovative processes related to business processes and delivery systems across all Air Reserve Personnel Center programs. Her directorate is also responsible for workforce and professional development across the center.

Col. Edmonds earned her commission in 1997 as a distinguished graduate of the Air Force ROTC program at Boston University. After ten years on active duty, she transitioned into the Air Force Reserve. She is a master cyberspace operations officer having served in various positions at the squadron, center, Major Command, and joint levels. Prior to her current position, Col. Edmonds was the Deputy Director, Infrastructure, Data, and Innovation for the United States Space Force Chief Technology and Innovation Office at the Pentagon.
