Col Nicci S. Rucker is the Mobilization Assistant to the Director of Intelligence, Air Combat Command, Langley AFB, Virginia. She assists the ACC Director of Intelligence with Reserve component mission support, resources, and ensures personnel ISR integration. Guides ISR tactics, techniques, procedures & training applicable to active/reserve component ACC forces worldwide. Directs planning and execution of the Director's guidance; coordinates resources, personnel w/in global enterprise and assists with management of a
$400M budget. Serves as AFR Senior leader/MA & ISR Force Development Team member to grow future leaders and lead TFI employment strategies.
Col Rucker was commissioned in December 2000 through the Air Force Reserve Officer Training Corps program at the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill. A career intelligence officer, she served on active duty until 2011 and transitioned to the reserves. She has worked in a variety of operational, joint, and staff assignments ranging from a tour in the Republic of Korea, Distributed Ground Station-4, Reserve Support Squadron Air Force Element, and Aide- de-Camp to the Secretary of the Air Force. In 2019, she was selected to return to active duty to Command the 311th Training Squadron. She deployed in support of Operations ENDURING FREEDOM and IRAQI FREEDOM. Prior to her current position, she served as the Reserve Advisor to the Deputy Chief of Staff for Intelligence, Surveillance, Reconnaissance and Cyber Effects Operations.
In her civilian capacity, she served as Air Mobility Command Director of Intelligence Threat Working Group Coordinator.
