Colonel PHILIP O. “TINY” WARLICK II

Colonel Warlick is the Mobilization Assistant to the Director, Intelligence, Surveillance, and Reconnaissance (ISR) Operations. He is responsible for policy, guidance, and oversight of the global Air Force ISR enterprise. He drives daily operations, tasks, and resource management for the 140- member directorate and guides a $72B ISR budget through service and Intelligence Community (IC) corporate processes. He also advises the Director on military professional development, oversees directorate manpower requirements, and ensures timely information to the Deputy Chief of Staff for ISR and Cyber Effects Operations and other Air Force, DoD, and IC senior leaders.

Colonel Warlick was commissioned in 1997 through the US Air Force Academy. He commanded at the Wing level and has held a variety of operational and staff assignments in targeting, all-source analysis, ISR operations, and professional military education. Colonel Warlick began his career on active duty as an intelligence officer. In late 2003, he transitioned to the Air Force Reserve where he held a variety of part- and full-time positions supporting Air Force, joint, and inter-agency units and programs. He is a Level III Joint Qualified Officer, having served in US Indo-Pacific Command, the Joint Staff Directorate of Intelligence, and the Office of the Undersecretary of Defense for Intelligence & Security.
