Col. Adam H. Fisher serves as the Mobilization Assistant to the Director Strategic Plans, Programs, and Requirements, Headquarters Air Force Global Strike Command, Barksdale Air Force Base, Louisiana. As Mobilization Assistant to the Director, he is responsible for assisting in the development of strategies planning, establishing requirements, and program advocacy for the nation's bomber force (B-1, B-2, and B-52); MH-139 and UH-1 helicopters, Survivable Mobile Command Centers (E-4C Survivable Airborne Operations Center Nuclear and E-4B National Airborne Operations Center Aircraft); and Nuclear Command, Control, and Communications systems. He is also responsible for the funding and requirements for the modernization and recapitalization of strategic nuclear forces, to include the B-21 Raider, a $463 billion portfolio.
Col. Fisher entered the Air Force as a distinguished Reserve Officer Training Corps graduate from Colorado State University with a degree in Mechanical Engineering. During his career, Col.
Fisher has commanded Airmen at the squadron, group and wing
levels including the 14th Test Squadron, Schriever Air Force Base, Colorado; the 710th Operations Group, Buckley Space Force Base, Colorado; and most recently, the 310th Space Wing, Schriever Space Force Base, Colorado. He has also served the Regular and Reserve Air Force components in staff assignments including as the Senior Acquisition IMA and Reserve Advisor to the Enterprise Architect, National Reconnaissance Office, Chantilly, VA; and as the Deputy Director, Air Force Reserve Plans and Programs, The Pentagon, Washington D.C.
