
DPA - Directorate of Assignments
Responsible for a variety of developmental opportunities through resident, non-resident, and blended educational programs, such as service, joint PME and fellowships. DPA manages the ARC Individual Mobilized Augmentee population, USERRA Waiver Coordination, and the Indispensability program, along with VLPAD release coordination and IRR reassignment into SELRES. Additionally, the directorate oversees the AGR assignment lifecycle, including various management tasks, and is responsible for mobilizing the Individual Ready Reserve, Standby Reserve, and Retired Reserve.
DPH – Directorate of Human and Performance Development
This directorate leads operational performance support and lean execution across ARPC, optimizing production lines and business units through workforce and development solutions. This includes leveraging expertise in change management, process optimization and data analysis to drive data-driven decisions and achieve the commander's vision for ARPC.
DPT - Directorate of Total Force Services
HQ ARPC’s largest directorate provides a wide variety of services including processes retirements, evaluations, awards and decorations, and DD 214 for the Total Force.
DPX - Directorate of Future Operations and Integration
Ensures mission assurance by maintaining IT operational systems and vigilance to reduce vulnerabilities, while maximizing availability of business systems by equipping over 400 local users with essential hardware and software tools. We enable our customer base within the building, sustaining legacy HR platforms for the Air Reserve Component to process personnel actions seamlessly. Prioritizing modernization, we drive digital transformation—supporting myFSS, MyVector, AFIPPS, and more “as a service”—to keep the Air Force’s future sharp and ready.
PB - Promotion Board Secretariat
Conducts Air Reserve Component officer promotion boards on behalf of the Secretary of the Air Force in accordance with law, DoD Instructions, Air Force Instructions, and Secretary of the Air Force direction. Thousands of personnel records are screened and scored each year to ensure the most qualified Air Reserve Component officers are selected for promotion to the next higher grade.
