The Total Force Service Center's toll-free telephone service outside of the continental United States is available through AT&T Direct Access. Customers who live, work, or travel out of the country can call the TFSC toll-free. Remember, this service is available for this toll-free number ONLY, people will not be able to access any other number or location. If Airmen are overseas on a government installation, they will continue to go through their base operator for a DSN connection.

To place a call: 
1. Find the access number for the country calling from using ATT's web site www.business.att.com/bt/dial_guide.jsp 

2. Dial that access number, pause briefly, then dial 1-800-525-0102. Choose Option 3 for Air Force Reserve, and Option 4 for Air National Guard.
