IMA leads in forest fire fight
Col. Paul "Buster" Delmonte, the Emergency Preparedness Liaison Officer for Utah, is a lead plane pilot for the U.S. Forest Service as a civilian. In this capacity, he acts as a sort of forward operator, directing other fire fighting aircraft where to drop fire retardant.
