Final honors
The Laughlin Honor Guard places the flag over retired Maj. Gen. Homer Lewis’s casket in Eagle Pass, Texas, on Oct. 29, 2015. Major General Homer I. "Pete" Lewis passed away peacefully at his home in Eagle Pass, Texas, Oct. 21, 2015 at the age of 96.
