Reserve Summer Surge Bonuses Heat Up

The Fiscal Year 2026 Summer Surge Incentive Program, available May 6 through Sept. 30, 2026, offers a $10,000 lump-sum payment to eligible enlisted Airmen who commit to a three-year service commitment in the Air Force Reserve to qualified service members who hold a three-skill level or higher in individual Air Force Specialty Codes.
