Colonel Promotions Update Published March 20, 2017 By Air Reserve Personnel Center Public Affairs ARPC NOTAM 208 - Commanders -- The White House has the results of the Colonel promotion board and until they forward to the Senate and Senate confirmation occurs, no promotions to Colonel will take effect. Once Senate confirms the promotion list, ARPC Promotion Board Secretariat will forward the promotion line numbers and corresponding future promotion dates to the field.
