ARPC NOTAM 220 - Commanders -- The CY17 Air Force Reserve Line and Nonline Colonel Promotion Selection Boards are scheduled to convene at the Air Reserve Personnel Center Oct. 16. The master eligibility list is available through the Air Force Promotion Systems and will reflect officers meeting the date of rank requirement. Military Personnel Sections must ensure the officer meets eligibility criteria as outlined in ARPCM 17-10 dated April 19, 2017 and AFI 36-2406, Chapters 3 and 8. MPSs should submit the AF Form 709, as instructed in ARPCM 17-10 by Sept. 1. NOTE: Do not email or submit PRFs through Case Management System (CMS). Senior raters with 50 or more PRFs can submit them by mail per ARPCM 17-10.
