TFSC Consolidates Support for Travel & Reserve Pay Issues

Effective Nov. 1, 2018 the Total Force Service Center (TFSC) will add phone support for all RIO IMA & IR Travel Pay and Reserve Pay issues. Individual Reservists will now be able to call customer support agents who will provide extended support hours, decreased wait times and timely responses to all customer inquiries at 1-800-525-0102 or DSN 665-0102. Customers may also get 24/7/365 support by going to myPers at https://mypers.af.mil/app/home and the RIO website a https://www.arpc.afrc.af.mil/hqrio.aspx.
