Headquarters Readiness and Integration Organization’s Reserve Pay Office (RPO), has identified multiple issues with Inactive Duty Training payments not being processed through the Unit Training Assembly Processing System (UTAPS). These issues date back as early as August 2018.

Technicians have identified three dates where IDTs have inadvertently dropped from the pay system and no payment was sent to member’s accounts..

These dates are as follows:

  • 22 Sep 2018
  • 19 Nov 2018
  • 19 Dec 2018

Any IDTs certified in UTAPS on these dates may not have posted correctly to the member’s pay record as of yet. Members who have not seen payment for dates that were certified on those three specific days are encouraged to contact the Total Force Service Center at 1-800-525-0102 or DSN 665-0102 to open a myPers ticket. Affected members can also choose to open a ticket themselves by going to the RPO website, click on the “IMA RPO Requests” link which will take you to a myPers form page. Here you will be able to open a ticket. Under “Request Type” choose “RPO: Other” prior to submitting your ticket request.

The UTAPS helpdesk will not be able to assist with this issue. Instead we encourage members to contact the TFSC.

Individual Mobilization Augmentees should verify IDTs have been certified in UTAPS (showing black on the calendar), and also check to see if they have not received an LES within 12 business days of the certification date. Any members noticing non-payment of their IDTs are encouraged to contact the TFSC at 1-800-525-0102 or DSN 665-0102 or use the RPO website to open a ticket.
