As of 5 September 2019 at 1000 hours Mountain Standard Time, no official Execution Order for a recall has been released in the Air Force Personnel Accountability and Assessment System (AFPAAS).

However, Joint Base Charleston and Joint Base Langley Eustis has directed a limited evacuation event for all non-essential personnel due to Hurricane Dorian.

If you are an Individual Reservist (IR) currently on a long tour order in the affected area, you must self-account for you, your family members AND update your displaced location in AFPAAS. https://afpaas.af.mil/

Also in affect are Stop Movement orders for:

Joint Base Langley Eustis, Seymour Johnson AFB, Patrick AFB and Cape Canaveral Air Force Station. Individual Reservists should not proceed on orders to a Stop Movement or Hurricane Evacuation-affected area until further guidance is issued.  If you have a PROJECTED tour start date at one of these locations, please contact your servicing Detachment to discuss options to your orders.

AFPAAS uses your contact information in the Defense Enrollment Eligibility Reporting System (DEERS). IRs are advised to ensure your DEERS information is current.  Go to https://milconnect.dmdc.osd.mil/milconnect or call 1-800-538-9522 to update DEERS.

The HQ RIO telephone information line has the most up-to-date information regarding current events affecting IRs and can be reached at 720-847-3777; DSN 847-3777.  This phone line will be updated as new information is released.

Up-to-date information can be obtained via the RIO Connect App by going to the Accountability and clicking on the Accountability icon at the top of the page.
