MilPDS upgrade rescheduled Published Jan. 4, 2013 BUCKLEY AIR FORCE BASE, Colo. -- The Military Personnel Data System upgrade will begin in March and take approximately 23 calendar days to complete. During which time the MilPDS will not be available. Air Force officials will release additional information and guidance to the Air Force's manpower, personnel, services and pay communities and total force Airmen to explain how the service will perform personnel and pay tasks during the upgrade and scheduled system outage. Details, timelines and suspense dates for Airmen to execute retirement, separation, assignment and other personnel-related applications are forthcoming from the Total Force communication team members and AFPC's Public Affairs office.
