Chief of AF Reserve announces senior leader changes Published Dec. 12, 2012 WASHINGTON -- Lt. Gen. James F. Jackson, chief of the Air Force Reserve and commander, Air Force Reserve Command, announced four senior leader changes Dec. 10. Brig. Gen. Jocelyn M. Seng, mobilization assistant to the Military Deputy, Office of the Assistant Secretary of the Air Force for Acquisition, Washington, D.C., will become the Mobilization Assistant to the Commander and President, Air University, Maxwell Air Force Base, Ala. Brig. Gen. Catherine A. Chilton, mobilization assistant to the Superintendent, United States Air Force Academy, Colorado Springs, Colo., will become Mobilization Assistant to the Military Deputy, Office of the Assistant Secretary of the Air Force for Acquisition, Washington, D.C. Brig. Gen. Brian E. Dominguez, vice commander, 22nd Air Force, Air Force Reserve Command, Dobbins Air Reserve Base, Ga., will become Mobilization Assistant to the Superintendent, United States Air Force Academy, Colorado Springs, Colo. Col. Brett J. McMullen, special assistant for Contracting Operations, Headquarters United States Special Operations Command, MacDill AFB, Fla., will become Mobilization Assistant to the Deputy Assistant Secretary for Contracting, Office of the Assistant Secretary of the Air Force for Acquisition, Washington, D.C.
