BUCKLEY AIR FORCE BASE, Colo. --  Deputy Assistant Secretary of the Air Force (Reserve Affairs) visited the Air Reserve Personnel Center here Sept. 12 - 13. William H. Booth, Sr., (shown in middle along with ARPC staff) was educated on how ARPC answers the call so generations of Airmen may serve. By leveraging the latest technology, the ARPC work force is designed to provide service excellence to educate, advise, fix, counsel, facilitate, and support a population base of nearly one million Guardsmen, Reservists, and retirees.
