ARPC announces CY11B captain promotions Published March 30, 2012 BUCKLEY AFB, Colo. -- The Air Reserve Personnel Center announces the CY11B Line and Nonline Captain Promotion Selection Process. There were 309 Air National Guard and 254 Air Force Reserve officers selected for promotion to captain. The Date of Rank (DOR) and Promotion Effective Date (PED) for officers selected for promotion will be April 1, 2012; the date the officer completes the required two years time in grade; public release date; attainment of bachelor's degree; or Secretary of Defense approval, whichever is later.
