ARPC hosts Defense Council

BUCKLEY AIR FORCE BASE, Colo. -- The Air Reserve Personnel Center hosted a Defense Council meeting March 22, 2012, at Buckley Air Force Base, Colo. Col. Pat Blassie, ARPC Commander, welcomed more than 90 members of the council with a Serving Generations of Airmen briefing.

The members also were given Buckley AFB Unit Reports from the 460th Space Wing, the Navy Operational Support Center, the Aerospace Data Facility-Colorado and the 140th Wing-Colorado Air National Guard.

In addition, the council heard Congressional staff reports, other command and community reports and an Aurora, Colo., Chamber of Commerce report before being given a tour of the ARPC headquarters building by Stephen Hannan, ARPC director of staff.
