Air University CDSAR outage

AIR UNIVERSITY CDSAR OUTAGE (ANG, AFRC) - The Air University Course Development, Student Administration and Registrar (CDSAR) system suffered a catastrophic failure May 13. CDSAR is the database that supports enlisted and officer Distance Learning. This outage may impact members preparing for promotion boards.
Those officers meeting the upcoming lieutenant colonel promotion board who recently completed Intermediate Developmental Education have the option to write a letter to the board president informing the board of information that could be missing from their Officer Selection Brief (OSB).
Submit letters electronically at
https://arpc.afrc.af.mil/vPC-GR/Dashboard.asp with board identifier V0510B, W0510B or U0510B. Once logged in, select Action Requests and Promotion Board Letter. You will receive e-mail confirmation of letter's receipt.
