ARPC NOTAM 070 - Commanders --  APRIL 2010 CONTACT CENTER UTA SUPPORT (ANG, AFRC) - Based on the ANG/AFRC UTA scheduling and historic workload volume on the Easter Holiday weekend, data has demonstrated that phone operation support on Saturday, April 3, is not justified. Air Reserve Personnel Contact Center phone counselors will provide UTA support Saturday, April 10 and Saturday, April 17. Counselors can be reached by calling 1-800-525-0102 from 8 am - 4 pm MT. Citizen Airmen can always request assistance 24/7/365 by logging onto the virtual Personnel Center-Guard and Reserve, the customer service Web portal for personnel services, online at http://arpc.afrc.af.mil/vPC-GR/.

TRICARE RESERVE SELECT (AFRC, ANG) -- TRICARE Reserve Select (TRS) policy prescribes the Reserve components determine the eligibility of Reserve component service members for TRS and provide a due process review to adjudicate eligibility of members enrolled in TRS who are reported as also being eligible for the Federal Employee Health Benefit program.

Units are requested to review and identify the correct TRS eligibility status of each member to allow those members required to terminate their TRS enrollment the opportunity to enroll in FEHB. Members eligible for FEHB are not eligible for TRS. Upon eligibility for or enrollment in FEHB, a service member enrolled in TRS shall submit a request form to terminate TRS.

TRS is a premium-based TRICARE health plan available to members of the Selected Reserve. More information is available on TRS at the TRICARE Web site.
