CEI updates, March Contact Center support, 2010 Fact Sheets released

ARPC NOTAM 068 - Commanders --  ANNUAL CIVILIAN EMPLOYMENT INFORMATION access on vPC-GR (ANG, AFRC) - All Air National Guard and Air Force Reserve Airmen are required to update their Civilian Employment Information annually. Updated CEI provides Defense officials visibility of who can be called up for active military duty without jeopardizing the civilian forces responsible for safeguarding our country. Airmen now can access the OSD Guard-Reserve Portal to update their Civilian Employment Information when they log into the vPC-GR Dashboard. Beginning 60 days before their birthday, a pop-up reminder will appear when Ready Reserve Airmen log on to the vPC-GR Dashboard.

All ANG and Reserve Airmen, with the exception of retirees, will fulfill this annual requirement. A link to the OSD Guard-Reserve Portal https://www.dmdc.osd.mil/Guard-ReservePortal is also located on the vPC-GR home page to help Airmen update their CEI.

MARCH 2010 CONTACT CENTER UTA SUPPORT (ANG, AFRC) - Air Reserve Personnel Contact Center phone counselors will provide UTA support on the following Saturdays in March; 6, 13 and 20. Counselors can be reached by calling 1-800-525-0102 or DSN 926-6528 from 8 am - 4 pm MT. Citizen Airmen can request assistance 24/7/365 by logging onto the customer service Web portal, virtual Personnel Center-Guard and Reserve, online at http://arpc.afrc.af.mil/vPC-GR/.

2010 AIR FORCE RESERVE, AIR NATIONAL GUARD FACT SHEETS (AFRC, ANG) - The Air Reserve Personnel Center released the 2010 Air Force Reserve, Air National Guard Personnel Fact Sheets. These fact sheets are published each year as a desktop reference for personnel issues affecting all Air Reserve Component Airmen. Because this publication is only produced once a year, laws, policies and procedures are likely to change. For the latest information, visit the Air Reserve Personnel Center public Web site, www.arpc.afrc.af.mil. A pdf version is also available here.
