Contact Center UTA Support, Conversion of UPRGs to ARMS, Joint Officer Management

ARPC NOTAM 064 -- Commanders --  CONTACT CENTER UTA SUPPORT CURTAILED OCT 10 (AFRC, ANG) - The ANG/AFR UTA schedule and historic Columbus Day weekend workload indicate that phone operation support on Oct. 10 are not justified. As always the Web, email, and fax channels to your Contact Center remain available. The Center resumes UTA phone support Oct. 17 and retains a three-Saturday-a-month schedule.

CONVERSION OF UPRGs TO ARMS (AFRC) - HQ ARPC completed the conversion of Unit Personnel Record Groups (UPRGs) to the Automated Records Management System (ARMS) for unit reservists. Personnel can access their record by logging on to AFPC Secure at https://wwa.afpc.randolph.af.mil/afpcsecure/MainMenu.asp or via the AF Portal using the Personnel Records Display Application (PRDA) button. Discrepancies or missing documents should be reported via e-mail to arpc.dpq@arpc.denver.af.mil with name, SSN (encrypt or send only last four digits of SSN), and as much information as possible about the problem for correction. JOINT OFFICER MANAGEMENT (AFRC) - Effective immediately, Air Force Reserve officers who have performed duties that meet the definition of joint matters and have served these duties while performing in a part-time pay status (IDT, Annual Training, short RPA or MPA tours less than 30 consecutive days) may now submit that experience via the JMIS website.
