Position Vacancy nominations; April UTA support Published April 9, 2007 ARPC NOTAM 0014 -- Commanders- PV PROMOTION RECOMMENDATIONS: Beginning with the Reserve lieutenant colonel promotion selection board that meets in June, each Promotion Recommendation, AF IMT 709, for position vacancies must include a rank order within the promotion group. Senior raters must handwrite the rank order for all officers nominated within each competitive category (e.g. line, judge advocate, nurse, etc.). For example, 2/5; the officer is ranked No. 2 of 5 officers, and the senior rater has 5 officers in that competitive category meeting the position vacancy promotion selection board. Recommendations are due to ARPC/DPBPE by April 27 -- this only applies to position vacancies and does not affect the mandatory recommendations.
