vPC-GR Enhancements and Weekend UTA Support

Commanders- vPC-GR Enhancements: Recently ARPC implemented several enhancements to the Awards and Decorations capability on vPC-GR. There are more to come, but the following are those we have accomplished to date. We are committed to continually improving our processes and look forward to launching more enhancements to vPC-GR applications to better serve you and your people. 

* All coordinators (ex. First Sergeants, Executive Officers) on decorations may now make updates to the nominations. Before, only nominators could make the corrections.
* Only when a coordinator chooses the new "Make Correction" link will the nominator update the narrative and coordinators will receive new e-mails to concur or non-concur.
* From the main "Awards and Decorations" page, nominators will be able to see which coordinators made corrections.
* Coordinators will be sent reminder e-mails if the decoration has been pending their action for 20 days. 

Weekend UTA Support: Reserve Personnel Contact Center counselors will be standing by June 2-3 to provide assistance to you and your units from 0730-1600 MT. This enhanced customer service gives drilling Reservists and Guardsmen the opportunity to speak with a customer service counselor during their primary UTA. Counselors will handle the major proportion of inquiries through first-time resolution procedures and knowledge. Other matters will be escalated to ARPC back-shops through the case management system with written affirmation to customers.
