ARPC announces major promotions Published April 8, 2009 DENVER -- Air Reserve Personnel Center officials announced the 2009 Air Force Reserve Line and Health Major Promotion Selection Board results today. This board selected 554 Airmen for promotion. A selection board convened at the center here Feb. 23-27 to determine those officers qualified to assume the next higher grade. Board members selected 554 of 1,923 Air Force Reserve officers considered.
