Sibel Russo, budget analyst, Directorate of Financial Management Published March 25, 2009 ARPC Spotlight -- Sibel Russo, a budget analyst in the Directorate of Financial Management, is the ARPC Spotlight of the Week. Ms. Russo has been a federal employee for seven years and has been working at ARPC for nearly one year. She is from Ankara, Turkey, and she enjoys traveling, cooking, solving puzzles and learning about different cultures. What is your most memorable experience at ARPC? I had my daughter two weeks after I started working at ARPC last April. So I have the cutest reminder of my first year anniversary at ARPC. If you could change one thing about ARPC what would it be? I would like our finance office to have more freedom on routine financial processes. As a tenant FM office, we are dependent on the host finance office and the contracting office. If we could function on our own more freely, we could expedite our routine work and be more productive, and maybe even save some funds. What would you like to do when you retire? I'd like to live in Turkey, volunteer on national and international charity activities, and travel.
