Evaluation updates, Deployment data removed, Contact Center curtailed Feb. 14

ARPC NOTAM 058 --  Commanders- EVALUATIONS UPDATES RELEASED (ANG, AFRC) - The latest evaluations updates now live on the virtual Personnel Center - Guard and Reserve allow raters to distribute IMTs for corrections after they have been returned from ARPC as well as allow the MPF/CSS to copy the OPR/EPR shell contents as text rather than attaching the document. For more detailed information on this and other recent updates, account holders can view the News Bulletin in the Message Board within the vPC-GR. DEPLOYMENT DATA REMOVED FROM OFFICER SELECTION BRIEF (ANG, AFRC) - The secretary of the Air Force has approved removing 45-day deployment data from the Officer Selection Brief. These deployments are documented elsewhere in the Officer Selection Record including in decoration citations, OPR/EPR bullets, PRF statements and letters to officer promotion boards. For these reasons, deployment data from the promotion briefs will be removed. This will first affect the Air National Guard Colonel Federal Recognition Review board convening March 31. 

CONTACT CENTER CURTAILED FEB. 14 (ANG, AFRC) - Current UTA scheduling and historic workload volume on federal holiday weekends demonstrated that telephone support on Feb. 14 is not justified. As always, Web, e-mail and fax channels remain available 24/7. The center resumes Saturday phone support on Feb. 21 and retains a three-Saturday a month schedule.
