Master Sgt. Jason Razick, unit training manager in the Directorate of Mission Support, is the ARPC spotlight of the week.

Sergeant Razick has been in the Air Force for nearly 22 years. He is from Warner Robins, Ga., and enjoys playing golf and baseball and spending time with his family and friends. But he says he would watch sports 24 hours a day if his wife would let him.

What is your most memorable Air Force experience?

When I deployed to Iraq from September 2006 through April 2007. I got to work with the Army and was able to see how they operated compared to the Air Force. I was in charge of getting the Army trained on how to interact with their Iraqi counterparts and preparing them to train the Iraqi army. I was also responsible for providing their transportation to their final destination in Iraq. It was a great experience for me personally.

Why did you join the Air Force?

I was on a baseball scholarship and was injured. I then moped around for about a year, and that is when a friend of mine talked me into joining the Air Force to finish my bachelor's degree, which I eventually did.

If you could change one thing about the Air Force what would it be?

To quit making so many changes to the uniforms

If you were not in the military, where would you be?

I would either be a college or a high school baseball coach because I love the game so much, and I would want to be around it.

What would you like to do when you retire?

I would like to move back to Warner Robins and either be a teacher or coach, or find a civil service job.
