Commander to brief results of manpower study Published Oct. 31, 2008 By Mike Molina Editor DENVER -- Brig. Gen. Eric Crabtree, Air Reserve Personnel Center commander, will discuss the results of a 19-month manpower study for ARPC at Commander's Call on Nov. 5. General Crabtree will provide an overview of manpower changes which will impact the number of Airmen and civilian employees assigned to ARPC. Commander's Calls will be at 10:30 a.m. and 2 p.m. in the Webber Auditorium. "Employees need to attend to hear from our commander the organizational-wide impact of this," said Anthony Martin, chief of civilian human resources at ARPC. "It's important for everyone to know and understand any changes. The more information you have, hopefully the less stress and concern there will be." The manpower study was initiated in February 2005 by officials at Air Force Reserve Command, and was directed in concert with similar studies throughout the command. General Crabtree's brief will be followed by directorate meetings where employees will receive specific details regarding the impact of any changes. Times and locations for directorate meetings will be communicated to employees by their directors. General Crabtree will also recognize quarterly award winners and present the latest details regarding ARPC's move to Buckley Air Force Base during Commander's Call. The call is mandatory for Airmen, and civilian employees are encouraged to attend.
