Commanders- JULY UTA SUPPORT -- The Contact Center will provide service two UTA weekends in July. Counselors will assist customers July 12, 13 and July 26, 27 and can be reached by calling 1-800-525-0102 (preferred) or DSN 926-6528. Saturday hours are 8 a.m. - 4 p.m. MT and Sunday from 9 a.m. - 1 p.m. MT.

Airmen can always request assistance 24/7/365 by logging onto virtual Personnel Center-Guard and Reserve, the customer service Web portal for personnel support, online at http://arpc.afrc.af.mil/vPC-GR/.

REVISED CERTIFICATES (ANG, AFRC) - Because of the upcoming change in the Air Force chief of staff, DD Forms 363AF, "Certificate of Retirement", and the spouse's Certificate of Appreciation forms require revision. Airmen with an Aug. 1, 2008 or later effective date of retirement cannot be issued certificates until new versions are received. ARPC will keep a roster of affected Airmen and forward the certificate(s) as soon after receipt as possible. It may take 90 days or more to receive the revised certificates. The ARPC Contact Center will work with unit points of contact if an unsigned certificate is required to be read at a retirement ceremony.

SEPTEMBER ORIENTATION CLASS ADDED (ANG, AFRC) -- The ARPC Orientation Class is an opportunity for Air Reserve Component personnelists to learn about the latest vPC-GR processes as well as the functions ARPC performs to support the field. Because of popular demand, an additional session has been added for Sept. 17-18, visit http://www.arpc.afrc.af.mil/library/factsheets/factsheet.asp?id=8949 for details and to register.
